MINIMAL SLIDING THERMAL SYSTEM
The minimal sliding system Motion 520 has been engineered for the fabrication of large panels up to 4,0 meters in height and 3,0 meters in width. Its main application is for exclusive commercial and residential buildings, where high thermal insulation and minimal aesthetics are required. The system is based on a middle mullion ranging from 16-20mm in width.
Two threshold designs are available, one with a step whose height is limited to 57 mm, allowing easy passage and the other fully flat allowing seamless integration of the interior and exterior.
The system design supports all common typologies including pocket doors, fixed frames and open corners. In its standard configuration a 32mm double glazing unit is used. to ensure high thermal performance and sound insulation.
The Motion 520 panels move exclusively on stainless steel wheels and drive guide, ensuring long term system durability and ease of movement. The Motion 520 design also incorporates top alignment rollers that are critical for panels wider than 2 meters wide.
